Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders of $80 or more ship free. Shipping rates and any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has been processed, although carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Please note that Marco Hat Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your information before the package leaves us, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with delivery, please reach out through our Contact page with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We’ll do our best to help get things sorted.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
